Hoi An to Nha Trang via HCM trail ( 5 days - 4 nights )

Embark on a 5-day motorcycle journey from Hoi An to Nha Trang via the Central Highlands, following the historic Ho Chi Minh Trail. This adventure will take you through stunning landscapes, including lush rice fields, picturesque waterfalls, and ethnic minority villages. Along the way, you'll explore historical sites from the American War, visit pineapple plantations, and experience the rich culture of various local tribes. Discover the unique customs of the BaNa, Ede, and M'nong peoples, and enjoy activities like elephant riding and coffee tasting in the highlands. The tour concludes in Nha Trang after visiting the charming city of Da Lat, famous for its cool climate, beautiful flower gardens, and vibrant local life. Each day promises breathtaking views, cultural immersion, and unforgettable experiences.

Tour Itinerary:

Day 1: Hoi An – Nam Tra My 200km

We begin our journey by riding through picturesque rice paddies, observing local farmers tending to their fields. Our route then leads us onto mountain trails, weaving through secluded rural communities. We’ll traverse the scenic Thu Bon River delta on a local ferry, offering a glimpse into the daily lives of rural Vietnamese. As we delve deeper into Central Vietnam, our trail passes through several ethnic minority villages, where we will spend the night.

Day 2: Nam Tra My – Kontum via Dakto 180km 

On the second day, we start with a morning coffee at the base of the Truong Son Mountain range before beginning our ascent towards Dak To. We will navigate winding roads through ethnic minority villages and reach the tripoint border marker where Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia converge( for Motorbike only). Our route will include smooth, sealed roads through rubber tree plantations as well as some trail sections. We will arrive in Kon Tum town by 5:00 PM.

Day 3: Kon Tum_Buon Me Thuot (225km) 

Today, we’ll explore the city of Kon Tum, renowned for its breathtaking scenery and hidden gems. Begin with a visit to the historic Wooden Church, famous for its unique architecture and cultural significance. This is a great opportunity to immerse yourself in local culture and sample regional specialties. Next, head to the Green Tea Farm, where you can observe the tea production process and enjoy stunning views of the rolling green fields. Following that, we’ll visit Sea Lake (Bien Ho), a picturesque natural lake surrounded by lush landscapes, perfect for reflection and photography. As we journey towards Pleiku, our route will take us through remote villages where foreign visitors are rare and warmly welcomed. We’ll also explore local rubber plantations to gain insight into the region’s agricultural practices. Additionally, a visit to an Ede ethnic minority  and then go to Buon Me Thuot stay overnight.

Day 4: Buon Me Thuot _ Da lat (195km)

Travel to Da Lat: we follow small roads to go to the Lak lake, where you can ride elephant or boat (not included with the price). Then we visit the locals to learn how they process the coffee and taste the best coffee of Vietnam. We will then go to visit M’lieng ethnic minority village and then explore Jun village to learn more about the rural life of M’nong tribe about a hour. Stop on the mountain to see coffee plantations and beautifull nature before come to Dalat.

Day5: Da Lat - Nha Trang (140km)

Visit the crazy house, flower garden, vegetable farms, Than Tho Lake before leaving Dalat to Nha Trang. Enjoy Vietnamese coffee in the local café, stop over at K’ho minority village to see local people, water fall before arrive in Nha Trang.

Tour includes:

-  Experienced English-speaking guide or French-speaking

-  motorcycle or semi-automatic scooter

-  Meals, Entry fees, International safety standard helmet , Drinking water and soft drinks,  rain ponchos, if needed

Tour excludes:

- Alcohol, personal & motorbike insurance (for motorcycle accident), personal expenses/tips,      Damages to motorcycle. VAT 10%.
